Ah, so nothing that anyone with any class cares about then?
(Just kidding!)
Thanks guys
Thanks guys
That was the very first guitar I thought of after seeing the package."All" including SM-Y2D? That'd be pretty a pretty cool fiddle!
What I mean cash wise, is if a JP6 cost $XXXX at GC and if you order it in this package the price is the same.
Stratty I did not know you just how funny you were.
Anybody know if you can still choose pickguard color with the package???
so, this would be available on the JPX or BFR JP?
Would that make the BFR JP cheaper, since it doesn't have to be a nice figured top? I assume the body woods stay the same though.
And what would happen with the JPX? Black hardware, 5 way, black finish, ebony board.. with the Big frets... but the glossy maple neck? hmmmmm
Yes it is available on the JPX and BFR JP. This package is a $400 bump to list price, just like the Dargie II option last year - all body woods and options stay the same (aside from the maple neck). The BFR will not be "cheaper" because the top is being painted over, EB is still using maple underneath the finish (kind of like getting an Axis w/ solid top or trans - it's still the same price)
ok... thinking about this... would a jpx have black or chrome hardware?
I cry a little; I'll never get one of these.
No one is ever gunna sell one used.
(are there 50 people here that want a jpx with a matching headstock, maybe we can get a custom run)
Dargin, if the roasting is supposed to make it more stable then why put the gloss finish on the neck? I guess it's aesthetics, but if regular models have unfinished necks and these should be more reliable why not leave them bare?

BP, What did you get??

I wonder how a guitar with a roasted maple TOP would look...
