I see some confusion. Is this a short August only run or is this becoming a standard thing that you can begin to order in August? The latter makes more sense but what do I know.

I'm sitting here thinking about a black sparkly Bongo with a roasted maple neck and I must say, this is not a bad thing to fantasize about.

I gotta see what a five string Bongo neck is gonna look like in roasted maple. I've already started hanging my rosewood neck Bongo facing the wall so I can see the neck better. It is a sickness (bongo wood fetish?).

What pickup are you going to get on your Bongo Jack? I'm leaning towards single H with no piezo.

That's the standard dot shape for the John Petrucci models. I wouldn't expect it on any other models.
