The exciting part is that we have so much more on the drawing board..like......

Like??? :confused::D

My "boring" single H 'Ray 5 gets so many compliments every time my band plays as it is, but the Gamechanger seems like a pretty impressive piece of equipment. The videos are awesome.

I still haven't been able to get my hands on a Big Al yet, and now there's a whole new world of gear out there I want to try. Good day to be a bassplayer (and EBMM fanboy) - way to keep moving the ball forward!

OMG, ...another breathless watching (and listening) session for me!

This Gamechanger is gonna change the world!

Damn You people, ...I think my Sterling will be for sale soon, 'cause I'll need fresh money to buy The Gamechanger Music Man bass! :p

By the way, great videos, especially like this "inside factory" stuff, and final "in studio" stuff with BP (secret smile always there)!

Of course the Artists, theirs comments, playing demos...great for watching too!

And finally, ...if Luke can get it, we all can! :D

EBMM rules the world! :)

Had to watch all the movies...:cool::cool:

(I just ask myself if there will really be a need to own more than one MM Bass (Bongo 5/HH/GC for me) in the future. Well, ok... maybe two. Or three. ;))

The gamechanger looks amazing. I feel like we're all about to watch history unfold in front of our eyes! A Reflex HSS with the gamechanger is looking pretty appealing right now. Oh the possibilities...

Okay I'll be the first to say it

[robochrist] I'll buy one in a heartbeat if it came with a gloss neck[/robochrist]

[robochrist] Will you offer a 1.002" neck on the Reflex?[/robochrist]

[TB] When they make it in 19mm spacing I'll get one [/TB]

I know I want a EBMM bass with this technology.

I just wish it was something that you could get in a Stingray body (I know it will probably come).

In the meantime I asked my local GC if they could get a reflex in to see how it feels.

please understand that these tones have been inside your guitars and basses forever....It drove me sort of nuts because I new that there were a lot....but I didnt know that with a two humbucking instrument that it was 3,500.....5 coils 250,000+ and 6 coils 8.49 million
You could try 100 tones a day and it would take you eight years to hear them all. Seriously We have just set them free

Will you continue manufacturing HS basses when the same series also has an HH bass (i.e. Bongo 5 HS / HH)? If I understand GC, I can use an HH bass and use the bridge humbucker (both coils) and only one coil from the neck humbucker to emulate an HS bass.

I could let a StingRay equipped with a GC sound like a Sterling, since i can switch the bridge humbucker coils into series then. So a StingRay HH w/ GC can sound like all StingRay and Sterling models.

Bongo HH w/ GC can produce many sounds that were only possible with a Bongo HS. (Not all sounds because the pan poti works analog and and offers (in theory) an unlimited number of combinations). But Bongo HH w/ GC can NOT sound like Bongo H (because of other pickup location)

Are these assumptions correct?

If the Stingray, Sterling and Bongo did have the same magnets you could be right. But they have not. The GC has ceramic magnets as far as I got it, so it would be in the league of the Sterling if wired in series.
