If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball

Maybe I am just stupid because I'm a noob. I'll embrace that for a second and assume that's true :)

So then, how does one go about figuring out who to talk to in order to get one of the fabled Luke guitars? My local dealer (GC) has no information. Called him this morning.

So then, I look on the forum since it is March 1, and find (not shockingly) no information.

I know this is supposed to be fun or something but I have a job to do too, and it doesn't involve buying guitars during the work day.

Anyone that could throw a wrench at my head and tell me what to do is welcome.

Daughter #1 has just requested a True Gold Luke for her next birthday. Fat chance...if I can rake up enough for one of these, I'll be keeping it for myself!! (It would be a perfect match for the Dargie.)

ohhhh but pleaseeeeeee dad!! it will be my 18th.. so you have to buy it for me :p :D haha.

Well he had to come home for SOMETHING. LOL!

Just kidding Luke!

Wow! If anyone thinks that signing those things are easy... it's not. It's like Luke personally tellin' you "Thanks for your support" with each signature.

Thank you Luke for taking the time to sign my backplate! It'll be a dream come true!

Hey Steve, we've got you covered. After the plates go back to SLO they will be clear coated so the signature should not wear off....

Hey Guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but all I see is Steve signing a pile of back plates. I would want him to caress each guitar. He's probably never even seen the guitar you will end up with. I mean, he doesn't have to make love to each one, but maybe at least fiddle on the strings a bit, then sign the body or the rear of the headstock. And he could kiss each one, and that would be it. Seriously.
