OK So i jst bought a Petrucci BFR in Bahama Blue number 3/50.

It has a noise when i connect BOTH cables into the guitar so i can split the piezo to the front of house/different amplifier/fx return on my other amp.

And it's a pretty bad noise too. If i just use the mono method, then there isn't any problem....

Help?

You can try troubleshooting by using a stereo (TRS) cable with a splitter or a Y adapter first. Many people also recommend using a direct box with ground lift on the piezo channel. For troubleshooting you can also try to eliminate all intermediate devices between the guitar and the amp.

Couldn't agree more. I had a minor issue with my Silo Special and contacted customer service. Between customer service and the guitar tech at Long & McQuade, the issue was resolved in 24 hours. Much less frustrating than trying to blindly resolve the issue on the forum.

Sounds like a ground loop. Get yerself a direct box and run the piezo signal thru it.
