I've been an Axis man since discovering EBMM but when I saw the announcement the new Classic Floyd Silhouettes I new I had to have one. A sledge Silo is now sitting at my house and I must admit that it's pretty slick. It has the virtually perfect combination for me of locking trem, H-H pickup configuration, and maple fretboard. The 24 frets are pretty cool too. I've been noodling on it for the past two days and the thing feels and plays amazing. Very comfortable and I can't recall having a locking trem which returns back to tune as well after pull ups than this guitar. The setup is excellent and playing scales on it is effortless. Due to pickup differences among other things it seems to have a warmer, more vintagy sound than the Axises and I'm still getting used to that but it is pleasantly different. So, after having never tried another EBMM besides the Axis it's a very cool change of pace and adds the extra bit of versatility that I needed. I'm sure I'll have lots of fun with it.
