My first one!

Here's a crappy pic of my Sub1. Decided to mod it slightly and damn it sounds nice :p Could've done better job on the pickguard, though...

NGD - PDN Axis Super Sport and the family

Got this beauty in the other day, very sexy, and the stainless steel frets and roasted neck have ruined me already from the standard EBMM necks and frets........the craftmanship is impeccable, I didn't think you could imrove on excellence, but EBMM proved you can. Guitar sounds great, very rich, with a nice balance of lows/mids/highs. Looks much darker and is more subtle in person (first pic), actually what I prefer.......kind of of like a dark tobacco burst or so. Last pic is a professional photo taken by Pete Dubaldo.........pretty sure he had some bright studio lights, almost looks like a totally different guitar until you recognize they are one and the same.

BTW, many thanks to Pete in getting this ordered and shipped to me.............I ordered this in April 2012, wasn't built until late October, it has been a long wait, but it was worth it. I really hope EBMM starts offering stainless steel frets and roasted necks as a regular option on their guitars.

If you don't mind me asking, what camera system did you use for these photos?

Looks like they were made with my late Canon 1D Mk 2.

Unfortunately that camera doesn't record the lens in use. From my best ability to figure it is:
  • Body shot: 70-200mm f/4.0 non-IS at 70mm
  • Headplate: 50mm f/1.4 Super Takumar with M42 adapter ring
  • Back of neck: 17-40mm f/4.0 @ 17mm

Thanks! I didn't think that was your standard consumer EOS system. :)

Excellent photos BTW....
