Hi All,

I had the pleasure of Gigging with a Mates Music Man HD 130 Bass Head. I was so blown away with it I'm on the hunt for one of my own.

This friend is a Guitarist and fall in love with MM Amps Years ago here in Australia when Little River Band were Huge. Have a listen to those early albums and I'm sure you will hear what I'm talking about. Anyway my mate had all the different MM Heads and Combo's (and a HD130 Bass Head :) and wont use anything else.

## Big Poppa a Question Without Notice, is there any plans to show the world that Ernie Ball has some of the best Amps in the world to go with the Best Basses/Guitars, Strings & Accessories ?

Please add to my quest if you think I'm onto something ! :)

When the MM Bass amps were in production, I remember plugging into one at a GC.
It sounded incredible! I believe they were made by MarkBass, and although the topology of bass amps is shall we say, a bit different now, that rig could hold its own today, no prob.

Mabongohogany,

I'm talking the Valve Music Man badged Bass Amps that preceded date back to the 70's. I'd love to see those things back in the stores.

MMMMMmmmmm Music Man Amps :)

Get out and find one or better still, lets see if Sterling Ball wants to own the whole signal path !?

Picks + Strings + Bass/Guitar + Leads + Amps = ERNIE BALL MUSIC MAN :)

My last Music Man amp purchase was back in 1983. It was HD-210 130 that was returned to an area dealer that the former owner decided he wanted something more portable. Man what a tonal workhorse that I loved to jam and gig with. Covered alot of ground of the more expensive Fender Amps and then some. While I still have it, it's been in repose as I took on more amps (Mostly Fenders and Ampegs) over the years, and put the 210-HD more or less in preservation mode. Cosmetically and functionally it's still near new. The MM90 I just purchased forced me to play through it just out of respect :) . Instant heaven! I'd really love to see EB do a new line of MM amps with a tip of the hat to the older models they made sound so well !

As a matter of fact, I just cleared out 3 amps I wasn't getting along with in anticipation to purchase a new Deluxe Reverb. It's just that the new market is so very crowded with choices, I've been forever and a day trying different amps before I make a final decision.

I with you 100%, I to would love MM to look at their heritage in Amps and show the world EBMM is a broad church from input (Strings, Picks, Straps, Guitars/Basses) thru to output (Amps).
