Hello I just came into a MMHH 4.. Here is the serial number, any help would be great
E68441

Thanks

I'm looking at a used MM Stingray to purchase and the owner doesn't seem to know much about it. He says the serial number on the bridge is 46746. He seems to think it's early 1980s but I find that unlikely. MOre like late 1980s or later.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

That serial number brings up a black 3 EQ Stingray 4 completed on October 18th, 1995.

I just bought this my first Music man and I was hoping to find out more about it the serial is B05967 hope this helps. I should specify it is a stingray I bought it on sale at an equipment store near me and I just couldn't resist it for the price and the fact it was my dream bass right in front of me. got a case, new strings, patch chord, and strap for free with it. but I am mostly just looking for the DOB for this beauty

Could you double check that serial number?

Im looking at buying a fretless stingray, owner thinks the fingerboard is rosewood im hoping its pau ferro.
The serial is 43093, can you help.

That serial number brings up a Stingray 4 2 EQ in natural completed on October 20th 1994 with a fretted rosewood fretboard. Its possible someone swapped necks?

I own: a Classic StingRay in black with roasted birdseye maple neck and fretboard. Serial #B052710. A SUB in black #X08171, and Sterling in honeyburst with rosewood fretboard #F23404. Any info would be greatly appreciated. LOVE these instruments!!

Hi A.J.

I am a lucky guy, because I managed to trade a 1972 Fender Mustang I found 15 years ago into a brilliant Stingray. The Mustang did not fit my needs, it was useless for me, so now I am one happy camper. I am looking for any kind of information, because the owner before me does know nothing about his bass, because he bought ist used.

It has the 3 bd-EQ and an all maple neck. i persume the pickup wired in parallel. Am I right?

Serial Nr. E47684

So thank you again!

Cheers
