My albert lee is having an issue, tuning towards the middle of the neck, frets 4 through 11 seem to be a bit out of whack. could this be a truss rod adjustment waiting to be made? Looking down the neck there appears to be a slight bend upwards in the neck if it were on its back. I've tried adjusting the saddles, got it a bit closer, but something seem slightly off? Any ideas?

If this a back bow (higher in the middle of the neck) you may need an truss rod adjustment or to have a tech look at it.

Capo at the 1st fret, then while holding the low-E string down at the 17th fret look at the 8th fret. Is the string touching the 8th fret or is there a gap between the fret and the string?

If the string is touching the fret, you need to loosen the truss rod (turn to the left). Try 1/8 turn at a time. You want a small gap there, ideally no bigger than the thickness of a business card (ideally just a hair smaller). If you are unable to do that, call customer service or bring your guitar a good local guitar technician.

I tightened the truss rod and now the action seems to be lower and even throughout the neck. The action was higher towards the middle of the neck originally. Intonation improved also, if I would like to raise the action all together, what is the best method to do that?
