Pete lives a little to far for me. Might go through bass central.

simple... call up Pete Dubaldo at Dubaldo's music and also on this forum who knows the PDN options inside and out.

Welcome to DuBaldo Music Center!

Then place your order for exactly what you want.

I'm still waiting on my callback from sweetwater...Pete got my business

Well this is my first time dealing with Pete and so far everything has gone smoothly. Lots of communication and patience with all of my questions. I'm hoping everything goes out as planned and I get an awesome guitar.

Back on topic, has anyone noticed how on the flyer the bongo seems to have darker edges, kind of a more obvious burst compared to the Luke that seems more uniform. Is it just the lightning or am I seeing things that are not there? I'm loving how the Bongo looks.

Yes, I see that, I guess there will always be some variation in the finish. I also prefer the Bongo.

Pete is a great dealer and a great guy.

AJ,

Will the back of the BFR Luke body be black? I'd guess not, but I'd rather not guess.

Thanks in advance.

It'll be Neptune Blue on the back.

Still no preview of a JP and JP BFR? :)

Not yet, we built the Bongo and Luke for the purpose of pictures. Anything else that is being built has been ordered by a dealer or distributor. As they come up we'll give you folks teasers, we promise!

Still drooling...hoping to order that BFR AL... Just need to wallet and the wife to get on board...

Ah man, my anticipation levels had just dropped a bit, then you bumped the topic back up.. reminding me that my PDN AL is still 3-6 months away.:D Thanks.. ;)

But you should order the BFR AL, would make for a unique guitar!

I'm working on it... The approval is hard to get... My wife is a tough negotiator. Right now it's a 2 out 1 in deal.

Did I mention there is a new (non EBMM) guitar already sitting in my office? That was the ask for forgiveness guitar.
