Nice! I eventually want to add a blue burst standard Morse to my collection
SWEET! Steve Morse guitars really do rock. I've been loving the blueburst one I picked up barely used last november. Only question I've had is how they react to a "normal" set of .10 strings, as they come stock with a custom set of RPS slinky's that are:
10p-13p-16p-26w-32w-42w
Standard RPS slinkys are:
10p-13p-17p-26w-36w-46w
Thoughts?
The original strings still have plenty of life left, so it won't happen this month probably. Bigger problem is just that actually assembling the string set would require a lot of mixing and matching. I kind of wish EBMM would put out string sets matched to the artist models when they have custom sets.
I'm able to buy regular EB strings singly to make my homegrown Morse custom sets - but can't get the Cobalts singly...![]()
