Not quite Mark, but close. Actually I have been waiting to get paid for my Christmas/new year gigs and they are a bit slow in coughing up (typical agent crap). It's no big deal either way as I can put it on lay-by (or as you Septics call it "layaway"?) I've sown the seed with the retailer and I'm just hoping to squeeze them a little harder.

I'm gonna put a nice clear pg on mine, to preserve the original high gloss 5 ply black/cream/black/cream/black one it came with. It just looks so nice on the 30th, I don't want to scratch it up. I think clear will look great with the Mahogany too.

Just an FYI, the Guitar Center in Canton, MI has one ON SALE, no less, I played it this evening and it sounded fantastic, just was missing a B string or it would have been in the car.

Sorry Allen, I just saw this & had forgotten I had told you earlier that I'd post pics. I ended up not putting a clear pg on the 30th. I bought one on ebay, but in a fit of neuro-flatulence, I neglected to confirm before-hand that it was made for SR's with the truss wheel. I only thought about it once it arrived & I realized it was made for pre-truss wheel SR's (dohh!). It would probably have been easy enough to cut it with a dremmel or some such, but by that time, I had found out that the 5 ply black/cream pg's are available from EB (atleast for now), so I wasn't as concerned about getting a few scratches on the pg it came with.
BTW Zak, if you see this, I haven't shipped the clear pg yet ... will do so Monday.
