Awesome BP...I love duck but half the time it's not done properly. One of these days I gotta bring over some of Sonoma County's finest wine (since you seem to dig that central coast stuff) and have a BBQ.

I'm sure you could put a few pounds on these bones!

ps: Plus lets wait until after I get through this dental restoration starting this Wednesday....ughhh!!
