Dave: He said he didn't like the Bongo.
Randy: Is that true, dawg?
Paul: Umm...I was kidding you guys!
You guys are going tabloid on me...Dave is graciously giving up his bass for a song that he was supposed to bplay on...Randy was having so much fun He wanted to play too....Dave is showing him cues....paul was the bandleader on most of the night...I soon stepped in and told them they both were playing....What you see here is guys actually caring at a free gig...the rehearsal was totally fun but super professional...WE have it on film...it should be required for any band....the drummer wasnt futzing around while the other guys are figuring out their parts...the keyboard player was ready to show everybody thier part if there was a question...Jim cox is a musicologist and a near savant....he can play any part of just about any song ever recorded...The other guitarist weren't noodling while people were trying to talk....The result was what many say was the best night of music in the history of NAMM.
Y....the drummer wasnt futzing around while the other guys are figuring out their parts...The other guitarist weren't noodling while people were trying to talk...
