Ah. The ginger bread baking pic..... I KNEW that one would come back to haunt me.....
No security needed since I only posted that pic on this forum. Not many woman here who would throw themselfs upon me. Only a great bunch of male nerds. So I´m safe..... //J
I do understand this,really.but my i had to contact cs a few months back because the local EBMM dealers would not call me back and really diddnt give a damn.Again your cs is the best in the world and they go way above and beond the normal limits (even for a muppett like me that really should not try to bend a bongo knob)
when i called strings and thing in the uk they told me to contact the local guy,the same guys that took 2 weeks to place an order my 25th and only placed the order because i "lost the head "with the owner of the company.
anyway BP you and your team have been amazing and have treated my better than any company i have ever dealt with and i do hate the fact that i have to bug your guys because i could not get anyone here to order me a set of grub screws.
i know there is not much that can be done about sales staff it just gets me,really gets me when i have call a manufactor inorder to get basic help.
again thanks to BP and Nathan for being just bloody great

DTG You perfect my point...If your dealer doesnt help you and the distributor is unable..we are here 24/7. We are the last line of help not the first. thanks

BP -- the MM website has a Contact Us tab with CS toll free number listed. It reads like that is the first and preferred way to get some customer support.
I think GW may be getting lumped in there with the trivial inquiries by other forumites who obsess too much, perhaps.
