You guys, thank you all so much for the outpouring of prayers, thoughts and help that we have received! Numerous donations have come in so far from this site and my wife is literally speechless! The other team members are completely blown away by everybodies help as well.

Also, Mr. Felton, thank you for your help as well. You can send a donation to either the entire team or through my personal page. The links are in previous posts. There is a link on this page for my personal link and one on the previous page for the team link. I spoke with Grasshopper today but am waiting to here back on the price of the bass. Once I get a final price, I will secure the funds at my bank and send out the money for it.

Again, I cannot thank everyone enough for all of the support that everyone has given.
Thank you all again,
Jason

My prayers

JayDAWG,

Hang in there. Our GOD is a big GOD. I too am a cancer survisor. I had two reoccurences, three major surguries, radiation, chemo, interferon, etc. I've been through the ringer. BUT, I've also been cancer free since 1983! I sounds like many people here have experienced this too, in one way or another.

I'm touched by the support offered from Sterling Ball and Beaver Felton. It speaks very highly of both individuals and their respective companies.

JayDAWG, My thoughts are with you and your wife and hoping for a speedy recovery. My wife had a massive brain tumor removed in 2007. It was not cancer thankfully but was a huge ordeal and the recovery has been long. We have two small children so I am well aware of the impact that this can have on a family. My wife is doing well and we count ourselves as being very lucky. The positive energy that radiates from this forum is really something special.

Good luck mate!

OK I prefer to do these things under the radar...many of you know this it isnt bs.
but here is the deal.....

I will donate the cost of the bass and all profit to breast cancer. Jay if there is a locdal charity that you feel a connection to let us know.

Now the Challenge!

I am challenging a music man dealer to donate his profits to the same charity.
This is a primer for good vibes and a positive outcome.

Also when you do your walk let us know and I will sponsor ytou and encourage the knucks to get behind it too.

Again please....I am not doing this for ego trust me...any good thoughts you may have from this gesture please direct to Jaydawg and his wife. Im ok...They need it.

Sterling Ball Is an Amazing Person, as we all know he's been through his own share of Heartache with his own loved son Casey Lee Ball, No other Company would do this and we all know this. I buy Ernie Ball Basses for 2 reasons, Number one there is not another better made Bass and Number 2 for this exact reason, He has a Heart and he is a great Person with Feelings for Others. I also wish your wife the very best through these tuff times and again Thank You Sterling Ball for the Heart you have.

Again, I cannot thank everyone enough for their thoughts and prayers! I don't have much but if there is anything that I can ever do for any of you, please don't ever hesitate to ask. My wife has been so touched by this thread. She is completely blown away by the generosity of total strangers. She is also blown away by the what Mr. Ball and Mr. Fenton have done as well. If I am ever in a position to repay them in some way, you better believe that I will.

Tonight was a fun night at work. I work for the State of Colorado as a Corrections Officer and my wife works as an EMT. I ended up having to transport an offender to the hospital due to him having chest pains and then the decision was later on made to transport him to a different hospital 2 hours away because they could give him special care. My wife ended up being one of the EMT's that did the transport and I had to ride in the ambulance with her, the paramedic and the offender. This was the first time we have crossed paths working together and I was also kind of curious how she would be acting because this was her first day back to work since her surgery last week. She handled everything like a real pro and I was so proud of her watching her work. She also acted as if nothing was even wrong with her. Her only concern was her patient and it didn't even matter to her that her patient was an offender who is in prison for life. She was only concerned with doing her job to the best of her abilities. She makes me so proud! Again, I thank you all for everything you have been doing!

BP, I gave her the hug and she said she wished she could hug everyone on here. The outpouring has been way more than I ever expected.

Smallmouth, you better believe pics will be posted when I get the bass. Not only that but video as well. I cannot wait for this bass to be built and shipped. It will never be sold under any circumstances. Actually, even the future Music Man bassses that I buy, I can't really see selling those either. I only have my 1 Sterling right now but I am so impressed with that bass. My others haven't even really been played at all since I got this one. There is no comparison at all.
