Haters means its rubbing people. Rubbing them in a good way/bad way is irrelevant. That's a good thing. Like a professor at college.

The challenge to think differently is key!

Bring the haters! Bring em on! History will tell the tale later!

OK I really don tgive a rats ass if people who are stupid enough to get banned here or think that they are entitled to use our intellectual property don tliek something they have never seen touched or played.

Let me explain it this way....ALL OF THESE TONES ARE IN YOUR GUITAR. zAll we are doing is letting you hear them and if you like them use them. You get to tell the switch how you want your guitar to sound...and also let you use other tones in seconds.

To bash this is just funny...you may not need it...but if you spend a few moments with it you may want it.

you dont need to explain it to us bp, we get it. there are a few issues generating the negativity,

the first is the name game changer - people are viewing it as arrogant, which im sure you must have anticipated. i for one think its warranted, the name i mean. i mean take any HSH guitar in the world now and the GC reflex is the most versatile. and tahts not an opinion, its statistical. same for the HH reflex

second of all, is the way a lot of these guys seem to be associating this with some of the other high tech effects-guitars that gibson and line 6 have brought out - these people have not given you the courtesy of listening to you properly and understanding the technology - to hell with them. your videos are very clear and give us all a graet understanding of how to use it and exactly what it does, if these freelance critics wont do the courtesy of meeting you halfway by comprehending the product then theyre not worth your time.

the internet is a weird place. i mean if the HSH reflex was sitting in a guitar store and a group of 20 people in there were discussing it, the dialogue there would be so different.

I just know the idea sparks some real real GAS in me. I'm a sound-tinkerer. Always have been. While most people say "just play" I spend half my time messing about with effects, ampsettings, guitars. I love that. I love making extreme settings, taking guitars and the other stuff to the max, making sounds that you don't expect or that it wasn't "intended" for and seeing if it sparks some new inspiration. I've owned every VG-system to date, I love how that kind of stuff opens up new ways to mess about. The only thing I never found a use for....a ringmodulator :D

That's not for everybody, but I want a GC. Badly. Morse completely had me with that cocked Wah tone, btw. I love this concept, wish I would have thought of it ;)

Once again..until you've held held felt it and played it how could you pass judgement?

In my mind at some point the you tube haters and all of the negative things that permeate the net will be forced to show what they have created, named or actually have to be put in a position of jamming for the world to judge in a genre that is not their death metal kitchen. I am hoping for all artists that I know and love that internet karma will be created. People are just downright mean on the net.

I hope it permeates to "the wild", I really do. I mentioned it before, in the Netherlands I've never seen a Reflex, 25th or AL in real life. The only way to take away the preconceptions is to expose people to the product. I don't know if there's a representative for EBMM in Holland, would be nice to see some showcases, there are a couple of big music shops here that I'm sure would be up for that. I know I would go and so would many others.

Will EBMM attend the MusikMesse in Frankfurt this year for example, Europe's "NAMM"? With a great endorser to show this exciting new contraption :)?

I just had to join in - i've been playing EB for 15 years now, 4 guitars , and especially my supersport piezo which has served me so well thru gig after gig - the folks at EB and their support dealers have helped me time after time - sending me a replacement piezo saddle when i was in major tight spot in the UK -tuning pegs ect.. totally standing behind product - it's more than just a "guitar brand "to me - talking smack about a the truly innovative GC just rubs me the wrong way - it will always really be about creativity ,and what allows you to have more colors on your pallet will , to me , always be welcome and APPRECIATED.
I will be getting a GC as soon as they are available.

Is there any additional information about this?

Actually I suppose I could just ask the man himself. :)

So, are the coils tapped or just split? I swear that I read somewhere that they were tapped, but I haven't heard any mention of it since. I suppose that I bought into that since the sheer number of configurations possible along with the different lines in the graphical representation for each coil. If those aren't taps, then what are they?

Thanks. And congrats on Best of Show. I took some grief on the other forums for proclaiming that one in advance. I mean you really only had the variax and the Firewood X to compete with; this was brilliant vs redone or just an abortion of an idea. It was a no-brainer.
