I'm sure I've posted in this before, but my plans have changed quite a bit since I started college.

Right now I'm about to finish my associates degree, and start at Langston University in Tulsa, to get my bachelors in accounting. After that, I plan to go to the University of Oklahoma for law school, and somewhere along the way I want to complete a gaming and hotel operations certificate (casino and gambling stuff).

If my less than perfect GPA keeps me out of law school, I'll probably just get my masters in accounting.

Oops, forgot to give my age, I'm 21 :p

Gonna be 52 in June. I work in HealthCare IT now but made my living (barely)playing in bands from my late teens through my early 30's... then the kids come along. Then 2 years ago with the help of a buddy, we turned my 2 car car garage into a mancave . Now I got a small studio setup and I'm helping my son and his buds with his first band. I recently got my first Ball, a JP6 and I hope to have a pair by the years end. This is a great place to hang out and you guys are great!

Hi all,

I'm a 39 years old security garde for a communication company. I Play guitar since 20 years. I'm self-lurner and play by ear. Music is a passion for my family since several generation. I play in a heavy rock cover band, who's call Austeen, with my 51 years old brother since 3 years. I play in another band with two childhood friends. We play some Rush covers and a lot of impros and we look to make some original stuff.

It's a pleasure to be here. You're all great guys.

I'm a newbie...

Well, Im 38, just started to learn Guitar about 13 weeks ago and own a KOA Axis (one of the 6 made) - I AM a photographer and have been for 10 years. Used to do weddings, then portraits, then glamour, then nudes, and now I mostly do nature/wildlife and other odd projects as well as the usual family stuff. Working on a pretty big project/book right now. I also do some direct mail stuff, am a reseller of some rare, obscure cult films, and I also freelance doing video work here and there.

I don't remember whether I filled it before or not, so...

I'm 23, I'm a musician (metal / progressive band called Made Of Hate, previously Archeon) and I study musicology at Warsaw University, Poland. My first license work was about "Concerto Suite" by Yngwie Malmsteen. It was an analysis. The new graduation work I've been writing is about guitar techniques in rock music in 80's and 90's. It's basically about arpeggio and tapping techniques. If you have any fine books or articles I'd e very pleased to get a look on them :)

I thought I wrote in this thread, but I didn't. So here it is. ;)

I'm 21, I've studied and worked in the IT branche, and now I'm studying for psychology. I've been playing guitar for over 2 years now. I never took any lessons and don't put many time in playing, so it's gonna take at least 10 years before I'm up to level. I just love guitar's and gear, so I'm actually more of a gear junky. :)

Don't know if I had posted in this thread before... anyway:

I'm 28, graduated as magister of "Theatrical & TV Studies", as well as in musicology.

Daytime I'm a manager for the distribution of the media content of "Deutsche Welle" (Germany's international broadcasting network) in the countries of the former USSR. I also work as a redactor / radio journalist for a local radio station in Cologne (well, that's more of a second job for the weekend).

My other job is guitar playing and recording with a couple of bands and fellow musicians - but that's no surprise, I guess :)

I'm 43 and am the network architect for The Christ Hospital here in Cincy. I'm not one of those IT guys who has a huge Cisco network setup in his basement though. It pays the bills and allows me to buy some guitars and keep my fickleness about those guitars.

I'm 22 and am a project manager/engineer at a large precast concrete company. I answer phone calls all day long from highway construction contractors that think I'm not doing everything in my power to meet their ridiculous schedules. And yes, I'm already getting gray hair.

I play guitar here, there, everywhere for the Contemporary Christian artist Brett Rush. Check him out on myspace.

I've been playing since I was 12 and have owned pretty much every major production brand guitar , and a few hand mades. They've all come and gone but my Axis SS has stayed, and I'm about to place an order for another ASS and a Silhouette. Go EBMM.
