From the first contact by phone you get a real person that will get you to some one who will help you. I don't know of another company that still has people answering the support phone. Thanks to the whole EBMM team isn't said enough from those of us who enjoy playing their musical instruments. Something just feels so right when I pick up my Axis that I have no problem saying thank you.

Agreed, A.J. helped me figure out what was going on with the trem bar on my new Silo Special and what I needed to do to get it right. (Someone over tightened the adjustment screw under the vintage trem that controls how freely the arm swings and the plastic sleeve inside wouldn't allow the bar to go in.) Thanks A.J.!
