All jP models with 10s?

I asked if I could have my volume and tone set to 10 so when it arrives I'm ready to plug in and play. CS said no because JP likes to turn those up himself when he first gets his guitar. Oh well, bummer… Geez…what the hell else can we complain like little girls about???

Why not just have the dealer you bought it from set it up the way you'd like? Not like that's a big deal. I set up guitars with cash gauges and tunings all the time.

If I ordered from GC I barely trust them to put it in the box the right way up let alone do any work on it xD
