I think you have the right frame of mind and should sell the Dargie. Green is a horrible color, your friends won't like you, and your dog is scared of it. Now me being a sympathetic soul, will be happy to take it off of your hands. No really, I'll do that for you. :D

Please do not sell the Dargie. You WILL regret it, and can never get it back. It's my favorite of the Dargie models and wish I had one. I let a few EB/MM slip away in the past due to various reasons and have lived to regret it. I just ended up buying them all over again, but I got the new pickups, updates, etc. and my favorite colors. Never again.

I think it's great when you get a guitar and you think "That's it - that's the one I've been looking for!!". - That has happened to me with the BCB AL.

I have had a problem bonding with the LEAL - there are things that I love about it, but other aspects I am not 100% with. Would I get rid of it ? - Noway because I know that there is little out there to beat it - I would end up regretting getting rid of it.

Maybe you are one of those who likes the "chase" - getting worked up about it during the waiting period, getting excited the day it arrives, bonding with it , licking it !!!... ... ok I'll stop there. But just take stock of the position and get content with what ya got - a load of people would love to have that DD.

Sure,get rid of it,if you think it sucks - I don't think you feel that for one moment!!

BP thinks you should keep it - listen to a voice of experience - he'll gain more if you buy another new one.

In 20 - 30 years time that DD will be a very collectible item - if not so already.
