Oh, by all means, yes! But, if you can conquer it, your coolness factor is almost immeasurable...

...well, maybe not.

But still cool. :p

Agreed:cool:

I envy all you fretless masters.

To be honest, it's really not that difficult.

The guys I work with on my original band (see sig) have a lot of fairly complex changes and grooves that make my job as easy or as equally complex as I want, and I got to know my fretless very quickly while creating the bass lines.

In fact, I've got a FL A/E coming to me Saturday, and my next Bongo (single-H; DG) will be an unlined FL (possible piezo).

Possibly piezo!?

Possibly!?

Alright...SOLD!

Just...not ready to order yet.

Plus, I still have one bass getting close to my door, and two more in the 'in' box at SLO.

But hey, I may be able to place that FL order by summer...with a little luck.

Is it just me or do the non zoomed pics of the Python Guard make it look like black pearloid?

And BTW, Congrats on joining the Fretless Bongo Brotherhood!

It's me too. At first I thought the Python pickugard was the one that didn't show until I saw the close-ups.

Sometimes, something beautiful is also intimidating: Ferrari, FL Bongo, Tiger, Tiger Lady ..... but you only die once.
