A Glass 8-string with a coco bolo fretboard and red laser LEDs mounted in the side of the neck. It would also come with a 90% discount to people whose names start with N.

I won't venture to guess.....

I just know Pops is probably sitting back laughing cause he knows the curiosity is killing us! :D

Whatever it is...I am sure it will be spectacular as usual.

I wanted to ask why the arm scoop design got left behind on the BFR model.

Just curious, does that cut away somehow affect the tone, or did JP's recently buffed arms no longer accommodate them? :D

At the GC Sessions last week, BP said the BFR was a redesign based on the revised cutaway and john's bigger physique. The guitar needed to balance like it used to. It wasn't just a quick cosmetic chop of the cutaway.

What happens if JP quits working out and gets back to his original size then??? Im sure he has tons of both style cut out guitars but still would be nice to have one that fits perfect.

There are obviously numerous possiblities.. but something I thought might be cool is a mystic dream BFR, chambered, with black hardware...

I don't know how the chambers would affect the BFR JP, but either with or with out it depending on how it affects the sound, the above is one of my dream variations so it's probalby not a good idea for the anniversary, but it's nice for me to wish on. LOL

One thing I thought is that maybe it would be something like the above and with a lot of what has been mentioned, in both body shapes and if you get the non bfr it would have roasted neck and chambers, while the BFR version might just be a special finish it shares with the non BFR version.. both having an anniversary logo on the 12th fret of some sort.

Whatever it is... I'm bracing myself for that hit of "Oh I want one so bad!!" LOL

Did JP use the 20th pickups in this guitar on Score or was there a D-sonic somehow hidden uderneath those cover? if thats even possible?

If I remember correctly it was all 20th Silo electronics etc put into a very lovely JP body.

I'm still holding out for a limited run reproduction of this guitar. It is without question (to me anyway), the most desirable Music Man ever.
