I'm just hoping this year we will hear about John Myung's Bongo 6. I've been waiting for that for a while now. It sounds like it will be a great bass.

- guess what........my experience with Rays has been exactly the same as people describe the Bongo H v HH - something special about the single H which makes them very different from the multi pick up model, though you can get a similar sound from the HH.

It's probably true on Sterlings as well!

I'd recommend the ClassicRay - just listen to the Bernard Edwards thread for instant GAS!

Yeah, crazy colored Bongo with new tuners smiles to me from this point, but who knows what could show up until 2012.?

Thought about Classic 5 (natural) too, but no piezo on it and just 2 band!
