Question Asking about Mesa Boogie Mark V

Did any John Petrucci diehard fans here ??could somebody tell me ..does john mod his mark v ?? i saw many people useing mark v in youtube ....but no one can get the sounds even close to john ....especially the high gain sound ....
can anybody tell me why ?? please

Its in the hands!!! From what i know, his are not "modded" versions. Its a killer amp regardless. I got my head early on, and will just say my serial number is less than 50 ;-)

your dealing with a horrible audio recording medium. video camera's onboard mics are not something I would truly judge a tone by. There are countless variables by this fact alone.
