On one hand I was impressed with the fact that he's at least making the buyer aware of everything "non-stock" (I'm being kind) about the guitar. Many folks don't do this - even pretending at times that a guitar like this is "near mint" or "9 out of 10".
But I crack up at all the same stuff you guys are talking about. My thought was to wonder why this top quality guitar is more worthy of an ugly sanded down spot in the middle of the headstock than it is having the original OLP logo???
This is probably a 17 year old kid who did a lot of learning while making mistakes working on this guitar. He is naive enough to think that he can spin anything to be what he wants it to be.
If that were the way things work, I'd be a billionaire by now...
