Thanks for the diagram. The 4PDT switch and 5-way superswitch were removed from my reflex, and I was just able to rewire it back to the original spec following your diagram.

woodbury,

No problem, glad the diagram helped! It is a very versatile mod; I plan on upgrading a few of my other guitars that are dual humbucker configured.

It really depends how you plan to add this switching to your Axis. If you don't want to drill another hole in the Axis, you'll need to do it the way I did on with a Fender S-1 switch. If you want to drill another hole AND you have ample room in the control cavity for another switch, you can follow sk8dm's diagram.

Not sure about now, but when I looked it was impossible to find a 4PDT switch similar to the Fender S1. After a lot of research and thought, I decided to go the S1 route and not drill any holes.

There isn't a complete drawing since EBMM doesnt publicly post the wirograms. Please contact customer service and ask them for the wiring diagrams for the 25th anniversary and you should be able to figure it out using my conversion pics in the first post.

If the folks at EBMM don't mind me posting the diagram here, please chime in and I'll just upload it in my original post.

It would be very nice to see a vídeo of you showing the tones this guitar can give. I am very curious.

Be Careful, I received a schematic on how it should be wired up so I thought it would be pretty straight forward. I ended up making an absolute mess of one of my favorite guitars, see my avatar.
My AL has been out of commission completely since March, 3 different Luthiers and no one can just get it back to how it was, as in stock. We abandoned the idea, even though I ordered a new switch and the correct toggle. The Luthier now has done work on some major artists but its not going well. All I want now is the guitar back to the stock configuration. I may, if possible, have to send it back to EB and see if I can get them just to get it back to the original pick up configuration.

Now I had a Reflex and the series / parallel pick up selection is un-paralleled in the industry for getting some great tones. I loved it and miss it. I wish I had that on all my EBMM's !!

Well, I'm pretty sure I can do it, if the diagramm is correct. I've succesfully done the 4-push-pull-pot JimmyPage-Wiring to my LP. And it's a new guitar with a new wiring... what could go wrong?

If you can do it, and if your willing, I would love to see your schematic as that wiring is perfect for me on the Series side.

I hope it goes well for you !!!
