Well, just thought I'd give an update on my tribute after a week. All i can say is...I LOVE THIS THING! I can't put the freaking thing down. At first I was hesitant to take it out bc of how nice it is, but once it came out for the first time it was all over. The last couple guitars I've bought have been evh's and I do play them but not as much bc of the "collectability factor." Even more so with my pink evh( so glad I didnt make the mistake of selling her, can't wait to get it back in 3 weeks
)
Anyways, I haven't bought a brand new guitar in a long time( I dont count the first green tribute i had bc it went right back) and it was really easy to bond with this baby. I usually buy used guitars bc you can haggle the prices but I must say, It is an amazing feeling to be able to break your own guitar in. The axis/evh is pretty much the only style guitar I will ever need. looking forward to adding more to my collection.
The only problem I've had so far is I wwent to relieve the neck a bit and I can't move the truss nut at all. I just don't want to force it and damage something so I have left it where it is, When I go to pick up Pinky I'll bring it with me and have Noll adjust it for me. Thanks MM, I love all that you do!
