yes they hurt but you should be fine with an arm, they are all fleshy so it wont be too bad. doesnt feel like needles, more like a hot knife.

no im not a sadomasochist. thats what i was told its like then i got one and im like mmm good description. sharp and hot. i was scared itd be pointy needle pain.
