Wow Ernie Ball sure makes a lot of pretty basses. Here are some of the pics I took while I was there.

Is that a LE 5-string Sterling? If so, what is the difference between that and an SR5?
Thanks,

I'm still torn as well. Looking forward to the official shots of the same quality (in neutral lightning) as the teaser photo.

On another note, do all singe H Bongos come with 3-band EQ as standard?[/QUOTE]
Yes. If spring for the piezo option, those Bongos come with a 4 band eq.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd assume it'd be the standard 6 string bass tuning - B,E,A,D,G,C.
Can't wait to see pics of that jewel!I just placed my order this afternoon for a new Sterling5 H. It will be identical to the Blue Pearl one with white pearloid pickguard, matching headstock, rosewood fretboard, black pickup cover and chrome hardware displayed at NAMM.
They're telling me 5-6 mths delivery time. I can live with that.
Oh goodie, goodie , goodie!

Norm I really appreciate those lefty pictures, thanks buddy!![]()
On a 3-band EQ, the controls are bass, mid, and high? Do the 4-band EQs have the same 3 controls PLUS another control, or are all 4 different?
3 band has treble, mid and bass
4 band has treble, high mid, low mid, and bass.
Whoops I almost forgot.
This is the prettiest thing ever. From what I understand there will only be 100 redwood stingrays made.
