ok i listened to the song and i'd have to say that the bass line is better than i expected it to be, but it just repeats itself allover again. its cool though but definitely not one of the best stingray lines..
check out angry, young and poor by anti-flag.
thats what i would call a good stingray line.

I think with Magnified Plaid it's more like their guitar lines follow the bass lines

you should check out their new cd before everything and after. first off track 3 ought to be a reall treat for t.v. viewers .and second the bass lines are more complex than normal. and i agree tom follows mike more than mike follows tom.
