I like the fattie. What is this sausage like you use for it and what is it made of? I will not get it in germany so I have to make it by myself...

Thanks its a [passion of mine. I have been cooking all genres of food for 30 years

So, BP how does one go about passing you some interesting recipees for you to try, there is a wealth of culinary treasures that my father and his father before him have handed down me and my twin sister (she lives in Florence, Italy) these recipees are a mixture of the finest Southern Italy's home made food dishes and I sometimes cook for my "fish & chips" born and bread english friends here in London and they always end up licking their plates (how common, I know) and asking me for the recipees :D

My gf tells me that if ever my job goes tits up I should open a "Fran" restaurant, but I keep telling her that I only enjoy cooking for friends and family and I would hate to be cooking as a business.
Will your bigopoppasmokers website include a section for people to lend their recipees?

I just decided I need to have a party because I'm not going to be able to eat all the food I see myself cooking...now figuring out the perfect homemade BBQ sauce

Yummy! :p

Cool stuff, I didn't get it until I saw the video! :D

Me and my band members make often similar grill stuff after some successful gig and enjoying the life! :) Now we really should try out some of these!

That's the spirit BP!

Oh man! A man after my own heart! My "other" passion in life! I love to cook for other people and I love to play music with and for other people. I think the 2 go absolutely perfectly with each other...I am envisioning the EBMM BBQ team and a decked out Prevost party bus pulling the baddest smoke wagon ever made to a GC near you for a "play an EBMM and have a piece of this meat" day!!! Just think you could even write it off as a tax break! I know have the crew (or at least some of them) set up and get the food cooking and then go in and set up all the EBMM instruments in the stores...

I think you should really do this! Sounds like fun and I would definitely drive the 2 hours up and back to Raleigh, NC to be there.

OK so maybe not a Prevost.....but maybe? I am thinking stimulus baby!

Good luck with the line and let me know when you start cooking!

Peace,

T

Actually I do not know any musician who does not like bbq, besides one or two vegetarians.

(I still did not get what sausage is used for the fattie...)
