That thing looks amazing. I'm profoundly jealous of those of you who will be able to try one of these out when they're released.

I passed on the Dargie, I passed on the 30th, I passed on the "special" L&M
(is that self-control or what?) but I am definately gonna get me one of those!

I was at the local store today, tried for the first time ever, a 6 string (was a Yamaha... it was okay, but...)
Anyhow, a 6 stringer is really cool, you have so much power at your fingertips... I can see this,
with a Bongo 6, you just blast the guitars away :D I never though this would be so much fun,
I almost bought the damn thing (hey I told myself, wait until the "real" one is available, LOL)

No Pickguards please......after all who plays a six string with a pick?

I will. And, I'll use flatwounds, too.

I wouldn't hold your breath for them to be released without pickguards. I've been wrong before, but I would be very surprised.

I'm just saying they look great without a pickguard. Hell they look great without paint too!

alz let us design the bad boy!

Guess I'll hold my tongue about wanting a fretless Bongo6 Hp with no pickguard and an ebony fretboard then ........ oops, too late! ;)

As I'm relatively new to the bass world, has EBMM ever tried ebony fretboards?

That is truly the Magical Mystery Tour of guitar finishes. I feel like I just returned from outer space after looking at it!

Ummmm, how about no? :D

that freshly fabricated bridge looks so hardcore!
and for all you people who think you can "barely play a 5 string", it's not like you absolutely have to play the B string all the time.
Just cause it feels a little strange at first doesn't mean it's wrong.

'insert dirty analogy here"
