Hey, sorry for getting pissy. Other stuff going on that's affecting a lot of people I care about and it's making me a little nuts.

First post and an avid ERB bass and MM Bongo lover. I got a question, if someone could answer it, I'd be very grateful; Will the 6 string come with defferent pickup configs, such as single H, THAT would look really, really cool, H/H looks kinda clutterd to me. Thanks in advance.

Sweet. My next Bass was going to be a fretless, and I have been toying with the idea of trying out a 6 string configuration.
Was heading back to Warwick for it, but if that becomes a reality, I would love to have a bongo in that config.

The first six necks, mid process. They still need carving, inlays and frets. That should come tonight.

The first two HH bodies. H and HS to be made tonight.

-and yes, they are WIDE.

Those pictures are very very cool. What happens to these 6 basses, ultimately? Will they be 001, 002, etc or are these just prototypes that get tucked away in BP's basement somewhere?

I think the bongo with a single coil in the bridge position followed by an H would be kinda nice. Not trying to disrespect the designers here. Just a thought.
