maybe if we changed the background color to a nice "minimum security reform school for boys blue" it might calm them down a bit? kind of a soothing effect. and maybe have their browsers auto-load the gentle soundscapes of yanni and kenny g softly soloing over a 48k hi def digital audio bed of ocean waves and segulls coo-coooing? just a couple off the top of my head. whattaya think so far? not bad hugh? ill get together w b.host and brainstorm on more.

Wow- YOU owe me a Starbucks due to that post, because my Mornin' COFFEE just went thru my nose and all over my PC monitor after I read that! :p

Hilarious! (Nice one!)

..Oh and Lightgroove, I don't think that Bongo owner/operators are hypersensitive at all; it's just kinda that the "they're fugly" thing is like so 2005 (or thereabouts!) ;)

you got it broham! $5.08 gift cards in the mail. and if "fugly" is only 5 years old, then i hate to admit it, but dude is actually 5-10 years ahead of his lightgroovin contemporaries.

I'm going to leave this for a bit then go back and clean the crap out of the poor OP's thread. I'm sure he wasn't expecting THIS.

If you can't understand why your comment is akin to showing up at a party and telling the hostess her dress is ugly, I can't help you.

Enjoy your Classic. I want a 5 string in Coral Red with a flamed maple fretboard. Buy me one, and we're cool.

I have a potty mouth that will soon be filling a "Swear Jar" as I get ready for my first child. Would you prefer jerkface? I'm not saying we need to go outside and fight with sticks, knives, or squeegees. It's all good, really. You kinda Farva'd it up with the Bongo comments. But, there is no branding or scarlet letter involved, so it'll all be forgotten shortly.

OK I am going to do something I never do...Attempt to be the voice of reason...

I believe that the only problem here is that LIght came to the party as the instant loud guy...If we grew up with him we would understand him.

Lets pretend that he probably thinks the Bongo is ugly and also wants to be a little funny.
I think he is warming up to the Bongo and its sort of bothers him.

LIght Groove....Foreplay....thats my hint.

the rest of you if the fugly is five years old then let it go and don t react

Well said BP...well said...

I will say having dealt with several bass companies in my life, EB is still at the top of my book as far as CS goes...Its responses like this that state why.

I'll keep the remainder of my Bongo comments to myself...:D I can say that Gold fretless was pretty snazy.

movin on now....to the Classic land
