No harm done...I have been a member of this forum for a couple of years and know how pasionate they are about their guitars and the members....I didn't want to sell the guitar believe me, but had a family crisis so it had to be sold...I actually sold both of my JP6's had a Rad Red also which sold on ebay...Still have my trusty Morse so i'm not with out BALLS.....As for the guys that live close to McAllen TX looking forward to seeing you at Melhart Music. I bought all my EBMM guitars from there and you can ask Rik Garza about me he's known my for about 6 years and i'm one of his best customers, I have spent alot money there, and as for Mike from Muir guitars he sets up all of my guitars and known him for about 10 years they can all vouch for me so be my guest and ask....

Hey dude, don't take anything personally. I got on the forums, read the beginning of this thread, saw how close I was to the original seller, and offered assistance. That's it.
I don't know you from shiznit.
Tell you what, when I get on a guitar forum, sell a thousand dollar guitar, then disappear for weeks on end, then you can post a response when the buyer asks for advice. Fair enough?

Sorry, BP. Don't mean to be a di*% to this guy. I just find it odd that everybody and their mother chimed in on this thread offering advice and covert assistance (not really, but you know what I mean), and he says,"As for the guys that live close to McAllen TX looking forward to seeing you at Melhart Music", and "they can all vouch for me so be my guest and ask"; I don't know, perhaps it's just me, but I find those comments very antagonizing and borderline threatening.

In my opinion, this is the sort of thing that should not have been brought up on the MusicMan forum in the first place.

We are very fortunate that BP lets us use his bandwidth for our swapping and selling of stuff, and if two people have a misunderstanding or disagreement, they should handle it offline.

You took my message out of context, I was simply stating I look forward to meeting you someday. I always enjoy talking guitars with people and since there are not a tremendous amount of EBMM fans in the area it would be nice to meet.

Now it appears that the waters have calmed, someone wants to stir them up again...lets drop it!

BTW the buyer's refund was sent out today.

Seems a good resolution here.
It's just a shame that a really nice guitar has gone missing somewhere.

I hope too that MH925 gets insurance money to cover his loss.

MH if I manage to get to the States I'd love to talk guitars the first beer's on you!!

Fair enough, BP.

I looked up McAllen cause it sounds like the Melhart Music must be a pretty good shop if they carry that much MusicMan inventory, but it is too far away from my regularly scheduled travels. Bummer.

On Thursday, they had two, really nice axis, one honey burst and the other is translucent gold, one mystic dream jp6, a sweet looking jp 2007 le blue sparkle, and a graphite pearl silhouette.
They are all terrific guitars.

Don't touch the honey burst! That one's mine!:p

By the way rmh, I hope to run into you at melharts or muir. I hope you get your stuff back too.

Side note: how does the morse model play? I've never tried one before.

JP6 Black Sparkle found

I just want to keep you updated with this whole situation: JP6 Black Sparkle was found in UPS warehouse. "The label came off and they did not know who it belonged to". That is what the seller emailed me. I became a message from the seller that the funds for me have been already sent. That are facts.
Now I am waiting for the funds from seller. To be continued...

Thats good that they found it. Are you gonna take the money, or the guitar instead?

The seller said that he send me the funds just before they found it so I will receive the money I hope. But it's shame because I really wanted that Black Sparkle :(

There's another black sparkle for sale somewhere on the forums, in either the for sale or the ebay/craigslist thread, and it's in mint condition too. Maybe you can score that ;)

Take the guitar.. you can return the seller's money easily enough.

Why would you want to after what has gone on? There are serious questions about this guy. I hope he proves us all wrong, but if it were me I'd secure a refund and leave the guy well alone.

Hey Ricman don't mean any disrespect, but what happen was a god to honest mistake that UPS made and it could of happen to anyone....The funds have been sent to Marcin and i will put my hands in the fire for my friend Darren (seller) as being an honest person, and i don't think that there should be any questions asked about him or what happend, so i believe that your commets are totally uncalled for because this affects me directly as well...My friend took me out of a financial rut i was in and no other friend has ever done that for me so take it from a fellow forum member when i say i trust him 100%...OH! Hedkutter the Morse is awesome actually bought it at Melhart also about a year ago, and absolutly love it, one of my favorite guitars, and hope to meet you as well.

I concur.

Sounds like rmh is a good guy and UPS was at fault, so I say when you get the $$$ back just have a do-over on the deal.
