Fred...looks awesome! Do you have a good rub recipe..something for steak?

I've "developed" my rubs for ribs, pork shoulder and turkey/chicken over a few years of tweaking to personal taste. But for steak I keep going back to the Montreal steak seasoning. Most people end up using a steak sauce which pretty much kills the taste you might have had from any rub. Sometimes its just kosher salt and coarse pepper, cooked right you can't beat it.

The ribs and pork take a lot longer to cook so I guess I'm a little fussier about them. The BBQ sauce I use compliments the spices in those recipes.
