Allllrighty Boys (and, of course, Girls),
My Buttercream Bass is barely a month old. After each session of playing, she gets wiped down and tucked back into her case. There are no scratches, dings, or nicks. In other words, I take very good care of this instrument. So, imagine my surprise when I pulled her out for a gig tonight and find one of the rivets that hold the handle in place on the case is missing. Gone. Nowhere to be found.
I'm shocked! This is by far the nicest case I've ever owned, and it's missing a rivet. I have cases over 40 years old and they're not missing any rivets. So, how can this be???
Now my question to the forum, and ultimately customer support, is if this is a warranty issue? And, how should I go about having this repaired / solved?
Thanks
