I'm glad I got mine then because I totally love the color!

I liked the purple, specially in a flame top. Oh3AreSicks' guitar is a very fine example. At least there's cherry burst now.

I am glad I got my Amethyst burst when I did. Too bad you are discontinuing the emerald burst. I would love to have a guitar in that color.

I'm a little bummed to see Amethyst burst go since that is my birthstone.. but then, I certainly trust EBMM's business acumen. Plus, they always come up with more awesome colors to replace any that are retired.

I wish my purchasing power could keep up with the colors and models though! Man, I'd still love a pinkburst or Blue Pearl AL.. a Cherry or Amethyst Burst BFR JP6.. a Blue Dawn silo.. Koa luke..

It's been a few years since I've had the scratch to buy a new EBMM but I've managed to hang on to the ones I've bought, so that's a bonus. Maybe after the 'great kitchen remodel' I'll be able to stash some cash away for more MM goodness.. but I digress. Farewell, Amethyst burst.

damn.... tobacco was the next one i was going to order, but cant for afew months.. :( and now i cant order it at all... ohwell i guess you gotta do what you gotta.
tobacco is the only real BFR colour i want (well apart from cherry burst but im still on the fence with that one). its a shame they didnt sell very well, i thought for sure that they would be at the top along with bahama blue and black.
but if its what you have to do to keep costs down then thats what has to be done :)

D'oh! My next order was going to be a Luke in Emerald Green. (Hmmm...this is probably fate telling me I should stop spending so much on guitars!)

...Or...maybe the choice between Emerald Green and Koa just got easier. (Please don't tell me that Koa has been discontinued too!)

I need a pic of all your present guitars, Keith....I really can't keep up....and I am trying to. Not keeping up by buying guitars....keeping up by knowing what you've got..... I usually like everything you buy.

Very surprised about Tobacco Burst, thought that was popular on the JPs. Oh well I probably wouldn't be able to get one for several years anyway.

Out of curiosity, was Tobacco Burst on the BFRs the same as the standard Tobacco Burst on the Axis, ASS, etc.?

I'm sad to see walnut burst go. My favorite finish. Ever. I'm glad I bought my walnut burst BFR ASS. I just hope Koa stays until I can afford another purchase! After that, it's a ruby burst Luke on my GAS list ...

Good luck BP, I am sure that any finishes to replace these are going to be equally beautiful. EBMM has changed finishes over the years but all of them have been killer. Can't wait to see what's next!
