can somebody help me with setup of my EB/MM Petrucci?

i just got my first EB/MM about 2 weeks ago, and i absolutely love it! it's the Petrucci model. i need to chnage the strings on it, but i have no experience with floating tremelo's and i am afraid i'm going to end up screwing up my guitar. i'd like to take all the strings off so i can clean the neck, and then replace the strings. can somebody help me? thanks

also, can somebody help me with the locking tuners? how do these work? i'm trying to change strings and i don't know what to do with these. thanks

A common misconception is that these are the same as locking nuts. My guitarist thought so, but then again he's blind.
Replace each string, one at a time, take yer left hand fingers and hold them on the string 1/2 to 3/4 inch past tuner, and clip there. Unlock locking wheel. Jam string in hole. Tighten. So simple it's stupid, makes life so much easier.
