My Axis (floyd model) plays excellent everyone, but will choke out if bending a whole step, but ONLY on the 19th fret, high E & high B string. The 18th & 20th fret chokes are fine.

I recently had it set-up and really don't want to run it back in if I can avoid it.

Is that indicative of high fret, or will a slight loosening of the truss maybe fix that? It did not fret out before the set up, but the overall action was slightly higher.

+1. Take it back, the fret dress is not complete.

I had a similar problem with my Axis, had it fret dressed by someone experienced and fixed it.

I had exactly the same problem, choke on one fret only if bending the string. Fret dress solved it.
