+2 for Dreamscape-- and not because it says Petrucci on it, but because it is made by TC Electronic.
If you can't/don't want to step up to the strymon möbius or eventide modfactor, then the dreamscape is very comparable in quality and the features it offers.... For a quarter the price.
If you want inexpensive, the CE-5 blows away the CH1, IMO.
