Long story short, I have had a tremendously bad bass week and had to send a few of them in for repairs. AJ with CS has been awesome. He has put up with me badgering him on the phone and put all of my concerns at ease. The service dept. received my bass yesterday and it is out the door today - how is that for turn around?! I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. Thank you!

Another great job from customer service. AJ was also very cool to me last week. We did our taxes and Uncle Sam was good to us this year. The wife gave me the blessing on another Bongo. I knew what color I wanted but wasn't sure if they offered the pickguard that I liked anymore. I called customer service and AJ confirmed the pickguard was no longer available but since I was ordering a single H Bongo again, he said he had one pickguard left over and gave me the okay to have the bass ordered with it. I called Bass Central, where the bass was being ordered from, and when the bass is built it will have that pickguard with it. Once again, the company goes out of their way for a customer. This bass is going to be awesome too but will also be a little extra special do to AJ going the extra mile and allowing the bass to be ordered with the extra pickguard.

Had some minor issues with my bongo. Exemplary customer support! Thanks to all the guys at EBMM (John Quinn especially).

I sent a Stingray in for a refret, and the work was amazing! I think the tech was John Smith. Dan was the customer service guy.
