Long story short, I have had a tremendously bad bass week and had to send a few of them in for repairs. AJ with CS has been awesome. He has put up with me badgering him on the phone and put all of my concerns at ease. The service dept. received my bass yesterday and it is out the door today - how is that for turn around?! I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. Thank you!
