the rep on the phone knew who i was because of this forum and also asked which sterling i wanted the PG for before i even said it was for a sterling. i was blown away.

But seriously I love CS too - only had to deal with them when I rang Beth to order my new abalone guard - she was lovely and helpful and left a message on the invoice to include stickers with the order
