I am almost there...

Nothing like a "cut-off" date, some well deserved needling from the Big Guy and the generosity and flexibility of fellow Forumites to push this in the right direction for me.

All that's left is for Continental to cooperate (I've business travel that will overlap this event) - I had reviewed options with them earlier this week and it's feeling good.
