I had some warranty work done on the nut of my CBP JP7 I'd just purchased.

The low B and E strings were digging into the rosewood behind the nut causing me to have tuning problems.

Well, Jon took care of it and I think Sterling said they're going to modify their manufacturing process slightly to cut a slight down angle in the rosewood behind the nut and provide more clearance.

I just wanted to also say thanks to Dan for getting it back to me so quickly! Thank you so much man! Just in time for our gig tomorrow! :)

Thanks to everyone involved. It looks perfect and I'll be ready to go tomorrow!
