Does anybody use this type of pick up in their guitar, bridge position? would it be powerful enough for heavy classic rock and blues. Through a mesa electradyne, would it rock?

They are really good, I don't know why DiMarzio discontinued them. I had a DP196 neck in the bridge for a while and it was very nice

I have a spare bridge humbucker from my old Silo Special .

My 20th Silo has the VHPAF version of that pickup. I put an A2 magnet in it. Sounds pretty cool
