Discontinuing new colors? what!

Regarding a SR4 3EQ BLK MN being the cheapest option.... for street prices, that's true around here.

Really? My mistake. I guess I picked it up at musicians friend where the cheapest Stingray has for a while now been a black 4 string with rosewood or maple f-board. $1400.
Though I notice at Basscentral the prices are more...colorblind.

There is a difference between cheapest to build, and cheapest sold, and volume plays a big factor as well. Sell a buttload of something, and the per unit costs come down, since you don't have color changeovers, etc . . . even though it may be more tedious to build . . .
